What type of events do you produce?
We produce premium events in four main formats: product launches, corporate events — conventions, kick-offs and galas — pop-ups and brand experiences, and sponsorship activations. We work on formats ranging from 30 to 5,000 attendees.
How far in advance should planning start?
For a medium-sized event, we recommend 8–12 weeks of planning. For major launches, international conventions or events involving celebrities, 4–6 months. We also deliver express events in 3 weeks when the opportunity calls for it.
Which areas of Spain do you work in?
We produce events throughout Spain and, together with trusted partners, in the main European markets.
Do you also handle event communication?
Yes, and in fact we recommend it. We design every event with its media and digital coverage in mind. Press invitations, on-site support for journalists, editorial photography, social media content and a post-event dossier are included in the full-service package.
Do you also create online or hybrid events?
Yes, we organize in-person, online and hybrid events. We adapt the format to your needs, managing the technical side, coordination and experience so it works perfectly across every channel.
