How is branding different from graphic design?
Graphic design executes. Branding decides. Before designing a logo, we define positioning, audience, promise, tone and architecture. The logo is the final phase, not the first.
How long does a branding process take?
Between 8 and 14 weeks depending on scope. Strategy takes 3–4 weeks, identity 4–6 weeks, the brand book 2 weeks and activation 2–4 weeks.
How do you handle rebranding without losing recognition?
